Terms and Conditions – Lucky55 Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Lucky55 platform — whether on desktop or mobile — you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Lucky55. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Lucky55 platform.

Lucky55 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Lucky55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. We currently support the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Processing Time: Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your Lucky55 wallet instantly in normal circumstances. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one banking day depending on your financial institution.
• Your Own Funds: All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• No Cash Deposits: Lucky55 does not accept cash payments or postal orders under any circumstances.

Lucky55 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary delay. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one banking business day. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 banking days depending on your card issuer.
• Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name. Lucky55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Welcome Bonus: The Lucky55 150% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

• Sufficient Funds: You must have sufficient PKR funds in your Lucky55 wallet to place a bet. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game round, Lucky55 will endeavour to settle bets based on the game state at the point of interruption. If settlement is not possible, stakes will be returned to players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky55. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Lucky55 platform. Any such errors must be reported to Lucky55 support immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Lucky55 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from game outcomes.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond Lucky55's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Lucky55 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Lucky55's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in relation to that event. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
